Rain City Therapy is in-network with several insurance plans, for example, Premera Blue Cross and First Choice. Contact Rain City Therapy to check on your plan.
Payment is due at the beginning of each session and several payment methods are accepted for your convenience including cash, check, and major credit cards.
Therapy Rates
Just as rates with insurance plans vary with each contract, Rain City Therapy contracts with clients who aren’t covered by insurance, these rates change from time to time so inquire about current rates.
Missed Appointments
Once you schedule an appointment at Rain City Therapy, that time is reserved exclusively for you. To successfully operate a clinical practice and avoid overbooking, a clinician relies on a set number of sessions each month. Understandably, family, illness, and work emergencies may occur, and some appointments may need to be canceled on short notice.
We reserve the right to charge a missed appointment fee for less than 36 hours’ notice. Missed or canceled appointments are not covered by your health plan and cannot be billed to your insurance company. For any appointment that is missed or canceled with less than the required 36-hour notice, no matter what the reason, clients will be charged a full session fee. See intake documents.
